Ar. Richard Eng is a registered architect who has gained specialist experience from the 1990s in projects of exceptional complexity. He has a track record of delivering all manner of projects of notable character, detailed specifications & extraordinary financial value – from turnkey projects, project management & acting as Architect from all stages from A to Z.

Beyond building, Ar. Richard enjoys sports & providing mentorship, community work in his free time. He is passionate about community impact and user in design consideration, holding fast to the ethos that every project taken on must deliver on the vision even beyond the brief unstated. Ar. Richard carries registration as an Architect in Australia & Malaysia – hence in founding RDG Leadership – he brings a practical, straightforward Australian sensibility to his work and his team – creating a healthy environment for the user and aiming for greater work life balance satisfaction for the RDG team from 1990s till its present day.

Ar. Kevin Teh

Ar Kevin Teh’s 35-year experience in architecture began in Sydney where he assisted in resorts, healthcare and commercial projects in New South Wales and Queensland. He also helped with master-planning and documentation of landscape projects in Sydney and Honolulu.

Upon return to Malaysia, Ar Kevin joined Akitek Antara where his notable projects included design and masterplan for Tan Chong Corporate Headquarters and the Janda Baik resort.

Later in Arkitek TCC, he completed housing and condominium projects for UE(S) Ltd, MK Land and Nam Fatt Corporation in addition to commercial developments in KL and Selangor.

As Technical Director of SA Architects, Ar Kevin equipped and trained architects with best practices in contract administration, technical details and up-to-date systems. He also led international JV projects in India and Vietnam. Locally, Ar Kevin implemented and completed two Greenmark gold-certified condominiums, a shopping mall, and the Sunway University New Building.

In line with his passion for sustainability and green buildings, Ar Kevin helped establish ESD Greentech Sdn Bhd, a REHDA initiative, to direct and analyze building projects for environmental sustainability and green building certification.

Mo Sang Kyu is a practicing Design Principal who has gained local and international experience from Korea, China & KL. Trained in the Faculty Arts in Korea, Mo has developed a love for Architecture through years of tutelage, inspired by his principal in Korea and varied Malaysian experiences – he is adept in managing design from Master Plan to Interior Construction Details.

Mo enjoys making kimchi & spending time with his family in Malaysia.
