RDG Gift Exchange Culture

Part of the RDG Culture is to make casual celebrations where the team gets a chance to let loose and get to know one another though giving of GIFTS:

G: Giving back

I: Individual Expression

F: Friends

T: Thanksgiving

G: Giving Back – For some, love is communicated via the language of gifts. This Gift Exchange game not only is a program, it provides an enjoyable break from the regular routine of the workplace for a morale booster. The act of looking for and giving anonymously to another will help to build a love for the team they are in through the language of GIFTING. The aim isn’t so much of the value itself but to build homely, self-less culture that focuses on contributing and seeing each other needs, not solely focusing on productivity and profits.

I: Individual Expression – Celebrating team accomplishments gives the team a chance to bond and get to know each other. The break from helps us to recharge and remember the individuals we are with – unique and wonderful interests we can share one another with.

F: Friendly – RDG recognizes that we want our colleagues to feel like a family or a group of friends, not just workmates. In the office space a celebration is informal space where departments that would not interact or communicate on a normal workday meet.

With this, employees converse and learn more about each other within the company in a relaxed and social environment. This helps to gain knowledge and implement good management techniques in other various departments.

T: Thanksgiving – The RDG Team works hard the entire year. We go all the way in our work. Apart from renumerations we want to recognize each other as human beings & build togetherness. Celebrations brings unity and tells one another, “I see what you do, I appreciate who you are & what you bring to the table in the team.”

Celebrations are the norm in the modern work environment. We prioritize this to bring a familial  culture to enhance the community beyond our work life.
